Nice details, exactly as expectedI purchased the Hot Chocolate Add-On Passenger Car and Disappearing Hobo Add-On Passenger Car so I would have a total of five cars in my train. The figure configuration of the coach car included in the set and Hot Chocolate Add-On car are somewhat similar. Both cars are constructed the same with somewhat different window and figure configuration. Both show faded children figures, one detail colored waiter/server and one detailed colored chef figure holding cups depicted on both sides. The car included in the original purchased set has the "hero" children figures and "know-it-all" kid figure where the hot chocolate car does not. The hot chocolate add-on car is minus above mentioned children figures and has two shaded windows, three faded waiter/servers and two faded chefs one at each end of the car depicted on both sides. As there is no Hot Chocolate Machine depicted in the hot chocolate add-on car, one might suggest less hero children in one car and window/waiter-server configuration in the other, both infer hot chocolate is being served!We ordered this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. Has it hooked up to his other Lionel O scale train cars. He's enjoying it very much I recommend this train car for young and old Train enthusiast! Especially if you like Polar Express and Lionel train cars.Inside lighting.This is a very well constructed train set. It has many features including Bluetooth. We very much enjoyed it. It stayed on the tracks and was fairly easy to set up. I would highly recommend it. The engine feels like it weighs about 5 pounds alone and has no problem pulling three additional cars that we boughtGot this to add to our Polar Express x-mas tree train set.... it has LED bulb for the spot light which to me is a Plus...the car itself it mostly plastic....my biggest complain... it’s not too big of a deal BUT I wish the PE on the spot light itself was backwards... So that when your running your train and your spot light on the car hits a wall and or tunnel....the signal shows the correct way... sounds petty I know BUT to me a small detail that should not have happen...Package came well packed. Beautiful detail on box cars. My grandchildren loved them!!!Just what we needed for under our Christmas tree this year.I am concerned about this Lionel passenger car. I have never received an item from Amazon before where the package was in bad condition. The car is packed inside the Lionel product box, which is then packed inside an outer shipping box. The shipping box looked fine, but the box the car was packaged in was not. The box looked 10 years old, with tears on the end flaps and corners of box crushed. I carefully unboxed the car and inspected it, it appears to be ok but I won’t know until I test it on the track. I hope I didn’t get a used product which was returned to Amazon by another customer. Based on the condition of the item, Amazon should not have advertised this as new. Very disappointed. There was some type of sticky label on the end of the box which obscured the standard label affixed to the box by Lionel. Didn’t recognize this label, I had to check the car carefully to be sure I was even shipped the correct product. I hope it works.
