I put this on a solid black phone case and it's worked out great. It was a little bit big, and ended up bending around the edges a little, but not bad. The bulk of the image, and the part where the hair becomes ravens, is mostly visible on the back of the case. It hasn't scratched or faded or peeled, so it seems to be holding up well. I think it'd be great on a water bottle.
