The package with the building arrived on schedule. While there are no instructions, just looking at the pictures on the Amazon website is all one should need. Despite the shipper's padded packaging, part of the railing on the top was broken off.However, the pieces were with the main parts of the building, within the sealed plastic so that I couldpatch it up. Other than that setback, which happens from time to time. The building will fit in well with my layout.
