My wife and I bought this as a ramp for our electric scooters and EUC's. It's perfect! Heavy weight to ensure it doesn't shift or get dragged away. It even has bolt holes you could use to secure it to the cement if you really wanted to, though that's unnecessary in my experience so far.If you're trying to use this for a wheelchair ramp then you'd probably need 2 since it's not wide enough for that, but it's great for PEV's.The material is very heavy duty rubber. It's not going to have a problem with weather, though it might get slick in the winter. There's very light traction on it, so I'm not sure.
